Description:

The Woodward 5437-1124 Protection Module Protech GII, often referred to as the ProTech GII or 5437-1124 protection module, is a high-performance overspeed safety device.

ProTech GII is an upgraded product launched by Woodward, designed to provide reliable overspeed protection for rotating equipment such as steam turbines, gas turbines and water turbines.

It monitors the speed and acceleration of the equipment to ensure that the equipment can be shut down in time in the event of overspeed or abnormal acceleration, thereby preventing potential damage or accidents.
